PEPL Achievements and Major Projects Executed are as under: -

• We are exporting our products to various countries like Germany, Kenya, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Dubai, Oman, Bhutan, Nigeriaetc. So far, we have exported about 389 Flake & Tube Ice Makers & plants to the above countries.
• We have supplied Flake Ice Plants of various capacities like 300TPD, 160TPD, 40TPD with suitable Automatic ice storage & handling systems with Pneumatic conveying to customers like, M/s Patel Engineering, M/s. L & T Ltd., M/s. Kirloskar Pneumatics Ltd., M/s. Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd, M/s. Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd, M/s. B&R Ltd, M/s. Jay chemical Industries Ltd, M/s. Meghmani Dyes Ltd. and many others.
• We have supplied & successfully commissioned various capacity Tube Ice Plants with Automatic ice handling & weighing system ranging from 5TPD to 500TPD with various private, state & central governments.
• Supplied standard & also fabricated containerized Flake Ice Plant with containerized Ice storage with ice handling system to customers like, M/s. Afcons Infrastructure Limited, Mumbai, India & M/s. Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd, for their Kalapakkam Nuclear power plant project for their various projects at various sites.
• Standard containerized Chilled water plant 30 TR x 2 nos exported to M/s. SAS engineering LLC, Oman.
• We have executed many critical projects such as a Snow world of 200 people capacity designed, manufactured & commissioned successfully on turnkey basis to M/s. Kent Club at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
• 25 TPD Flake Ice Plant with York screw compressor & Air-cooled condenser + Ice handling system similar to containerized type to M/s. Enercon (I) Ltd, Karnataka, India.
• Recently developed, supplied & successfully commissioned a reamer type flake Ice maker, which gives improved performance over our earlier Ice Removal type Ice Maker.
